Wellness Programs at the MFAH

Wellness programming at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, focuses on forging connections between art, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, and living a balanced, healthful lifestyle.

Fitness at the MFAH offerings include MFAH on the Move, a series of yoga and Zumba programs that encourage guests of all ages to get moving, no matter their experience level.

Rienzi, the MFAH house museum for European decorative arts, offers Yoga at Rienzi in the spring and fall.

All programs are free and open to the public. Check mfah.org/calendar for schedules and details.
