    Jul 24, 2017 - Glassell-on-the-Go takes the esteemed youth-art classes of the Museum’s Glassell Junior School into the surrounding Houston community. Our teaching artists and faculty bring mobile art classes to schools and community centers, encouraging students to create works of art using high-quality materials and tools. Glassell-on-the-Go teaches techniques and processes that help students create original art inspired by the Museum’s collections.

  6. Wellness Programs at the MFAH

    Previous series have included virtual programs and the “Sundays on the Roof” outdoor exercise classes on the PNC Roof Garden atop the Glassell School of Art.  Previous events have included virtual sessions and the biannual “Yoga in the Gardens at Rienzi” outdoor group classes. Wellness programming at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, focuses on forging connections between art, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, and living a balanced, healthful lifestyle.
