  2. Wellness Programs at the MFAH

    Wellness programming at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, focuses on forging connections between art, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, and living a balanced, healthful lifestyle. Fitness at the MFAH offerings include MFAH on the Move, a series of yoga and Zumba programs that encourage guests of all ages to get moving, no matter their experience level. MFAH on the Move MFAH on the Move provides access to a variety of healthful, physical activities such as yoga and Zumba within the context of the Museum’s diverse art collections.
