  8. Wellness Programs at the MFAH

    Wellness programming at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, focuses on forging connections between art, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, and living a balanced, healthful lifestyle. Fitness at the MFAH offerings include MFAH on the Move, a series of yoga and Zumba programs that encourage guests of all ages to get moving, no matter their experience level.
