Back by popular demand! Summer Nights at the MFAH returns, every Saturday in July. Escape to where it’s always 68 degrees, with all galleries and exhibitions open in a private setting during prime hours. Enjoy a cocktail, chat with curators, hear live music, and spend time up close with your favorite works of art.

  • Entry includes one complimentary drink per admission ticket and access to all exhibitions throughout the entire Museum.
  • MFAH members may attend all Summer Nights events for free as part of their membership benefits.
  • Discover extended specials at both Cafe Leonelli and Le Jardinier. Cafe Leonelli is open late, offering happy hour prices on wine, beer, and focaccia from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. At Le Jardinier, enjoy drink specials and the Bar Bites menu in the lounge and bar areas from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • During Summer Nights, MFAH members receive a double discount of 20% in the MFA Shop on regularly priced merchandise. All customers receive a 20% discount on cookbooks.
  • Exclusive trunk show at the MFA Shop on July 6: Tina Zulu, creator of Kimono Zulu, presents a collection of rare and vintage kimonos from the 1940s to 1970s.
  • On July 6, the evening also includes music by the Chad Wesselkamper Jazz Trio and Moores School of Music. Gallery talks feature Malcolm Daniel, the Gus and Lyndall Wortham Curator of Photography; and Katie O’Hara, curatorial associate, Modern and Contemporary Art.

  • Free for MFAH members
    MFAH members: You receive one ticket per adult covered in your level of membership. As a member, you may also purchase guest tickets for $35 each.
