Join us in celebrating the opening of Arielle Masson: Chaotic Nodes, the first exhibition of a series highlighting the faculty of the Glassell School of Art.

Born in Mexico, Arielle Masson grew up in Brussels, where she studied drawing at the École des Arts Visuels d’Uccle. She continued her education in Paris, earning a Master of Literature and completing postgraduate studies in linguistics at the Sorbonne. She then obtained a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Houston and was awarded a prestigious fellowship at the Glassell School of Art’s Core Residency Program, as well as the Nancy B. Negley Artist Residency Program at the Dora Maar House, Ménerbes, France. Masson currently teaches painting and drawing at the Glassell School of Art at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, in partnership with the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
