Guests with limited mobility may be dropped off at the Ewing Street end of the Main Street entrance to the Beck Building, nearest Hotel ZaZa; or at the east door of the Kinder Building at 5500 Main Street.

Winter Break Schedule & Hours
The MFAH is open every day from December 26 to January 8.
Monday to Wednesday | 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday | 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday & Saturday | 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closes at 4 p.m. on New Year’s Eve)
Sunday | 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Looking for inspiration over the holidays? The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, has activities and exhibitions for all ages. At the main campus, you’ll find three gallery buildings, colorful artist-designed tunnels, restaurants, and outdoor art installations. Unwind in the sculpture garden or on the plaza, browse in the MFA Shop, see a movie, and discover what’s on view at the Glassell School.
Nearby, visit the two MFAH house museums. Rienzi showcases European decorative arts, paintings, and furniture. Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens features American decorative arts and, through December 30, presents the immersive Christmas Village.
