Korean Film Nights
Yang Dong-geun presents two films from his career, each followed by a Q&A with the audience. Black Gospel on Friday, November 1, 7 p.m. Fighter in the Wind on Saturday, November 2, 1 p.m. K-horror, a unique buddy comedy, sci-fi, the latest from prolific auteur Hong Sangsoo, and a celebrity guest. Three Colors (Trois couleurs)
The Three Colors trilogy—the final opus of groundbreaking filmmaker Krzysztof Kieślowski (1941–1996)—comes to the MFAH in a digitally restored edition. Opening with Blue, the series continues with White and closes with Red.
