Spring Nights at the MFAH
April 2025
The Museum is yours, without the crowds, every Saturday night in April. All galleries and exhibitions are open in a private setting. Enjoy a signature cocktail, hear from curators, listen to live music, and spend time up close with your favorite works of art.
- Entry includes one complimentary drink at an event bar per admission ticket and access to all exhibitions throughout the entire Museum.
- MFAH members may attend all Spring Nights events for free as part of their membership benefits.
- During Spring Nights, MFAH members receive a double discount of 20% in the MFA Shop on regularly priced merchandise.
- Extended specials are available at Cafe Leonelli, with happy hour from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The featured cocktail leans into spring: the vodka-based “Love in the Galleries.” Soak up sounds by the Paul Chester Trio, Monarch Chamber Players, and DJ George West. At the MFA Shop, collage portraitist James Gallagher is back from New York by popular demand.
See installations from a curator’s point of view with Cindi Strauss on 150 Years of Design: The AIA Houston Collection and Aimée Froom on works in the Hossein Afshar Galleries for Art of the Islamic Worlds.

- Free for MFAH members
Members receive one ticket per adult covered in level of membership. Members may purchase guest tickets for $35 each.
