Ratatouille

In one of Paris’s finest restaurants, Remy (Patton Oswalt), a determined young rat, dreams of becoming a renowned French chef. Torn between his family’s wishes and his true calling, Remy teams up with his pal Linguini (Lou Romano) and sets in motion a hilarious chain of events that turns the City of Lights upside down. The Pixar-animated film also features the voices of Brian Dennehy, Janeane Garofalo, Brad Garrett, Ian Holm, and Peter O’Toole.

About the Presenter
James Beard award–winning chef Chris Shepherd has influenced the landscape of the Houston culinary scene since opening Underbelly in 2012. He built the restaurant to support the local food community, drawing inspiration from the people and cultures that exist in Houston. One of his current projects is the Southern Smoke Foundation, which he founded to provide aid to food-and-beverage workers.
