SOLD OUT | On Monday, July 12, MFAH members are invited to enjoy exclusive access to Three Centuries of American Art – Antiquities, European and American Masterpieces from The Fayez S. Sarofim Collection when the Museum is closed to the public. This exhibition highlights more than 200 works, on loan for the first time, from the private collection of Houston philanthropist Fayez S. Sarofim. The American paintings and sculptures reflect key passages in the evolution of American art. Other areas of special focus include the work of international artists, Pueblo pottery, and antiquities from Egypt.
